User Defined Fields

The Add Item form contains a User Defined Fields tab where important, customized information may be added to this item.

Click the User Defined Fields tab to bring this portion of the Add Item form to the front.

The UDF fields accept the following types of data input:

• UDF1 through UDF20: alphanumeric
• UDF21 through UDF23: numeric, decimal numeric
• UDF24: date/time; (click in this field and select a date from the calendar that appears; the date and a time stamp is added to this field)
